Family Literacy/Even Start Program brings parents and children into classrooms
This program serves immigrant families within the Robbinsdale School District.Unique in it's approach, the program allows parents and pre-k students to attend class in the same building at the same time. Freed from childcare concerns, parents can learn skills that will enable them to better serve their families and the community. At the same time, their children can gain valuable early childhood education to prepare them for their k-12 school years.
