Reserving District Space

How Do I Reserve District Space?
1. For 2018-19 facility requests, please click here to complete your online application.  For further instructions on how to set-up an account in our scheduling system, please click here.
2. Contact the facilities scheduler at 763-504-4917 to request an application.
3. Complete and return the application form a minimum of ten (10) working days prior to the activity.  Large events require a minimum of thirty (30) days advance notice.  Facility use requests will not be processed until the form is returned in one of the ways listed below.

School year hours:  Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Summer hours:  Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The facilities scheduler will process the application on a first come, first serve basis.  A copy of the contract will be sent to the contract holder.  This contract must be carried to the activity.

Please notify the scheduling office of changes or cancellation at least seven working days before the date of the activity.
