Empty Bowls

WHAT IS EMPTY BOWLS? A grass-roots effort to raise money for local food shelves.  The event in March is open to the public and raises approximately $20,000 through sponsorships and donations. At the event, we feature handmade ceramic bowls for our guests, created by the community and local artists. Entertainment by musical groups and a light soup dinner are enjoyed as we come together to raise awareness and funds for local hunger.
